One of the best weekend stays ever at Nagaon. Squeaky clean rooms, washroom and Swimming pool. Seafood quality and taste is simply marvelous. However, if one wants to enjoy Crabs here then order needs to be placed in advance one day prior as they try to serve fresh seafood caught on that very day. They avoid bulk purchase and freezing of sea foods. Ideal place to relax and enjoy. Nagaon Beach is around 750 meters away and is at an walking distance of 8-10 mins depending on the pace. Approach road to the Hotel is narrow and only one car can pass at a time. However, it's not a major issue. Ideal for couples and families who just want to get away from the daily rat race for a quiet time to do some soul searching.

It is a best place for short holiday as this resort is surrounded by nature & located exactly 7 mins walking distance from Nagaon beach.. We had booked 1 room for 2 nights with pool view, I personally liked the room which was quite spacious and decently decorated... also Thr is in house restaurant so no need to worry about food, food quality was quite tasty, yummy and impressive. we tried both seafood, poultry and vegetarian dishes and all were delicious. Sepcial mention to owner, host & support staff who were extra cautious on service part and ensure on time service whatever we have demanded for. Overall experience was good and happy. Definitely will visit again with family & friends.
Note - Comparing overall facilities, little expensive, but you can negotiate (as per season and rush) with Owner (Ashish) who is call away and always ready accomodate whatever best he can!

Great family resort with delicious sea food. Each room is specious with modern interior smart TV, remote fan, backlight ceiling, specious bed and relaxing galary. We took food package which served us chicken fry, surmai fry, crab 🦀 bhakari, vade etc. Very delicious my 10 years son loved all the food specially super soft bhakari. Thanks to Kia team. Swimming area dining area music you will enjoy each moment with family. Happy to recommend everyone to visit the resort and we will also visit soon agai. Thanks....

Just spent a wonderful fun weekend at the resort... It's not a resort resort... But more like a fun private villa... The property is smallish as compared to a proper resort. But nonetheless the rooms are Cosy, the property is spacious, the vibes are AWESOME. Coming back to the rooms... They are spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults. The amenities are basic. But taken care of. There are no intercoms in room. So room service can be cumbersome, but it can be taken care of as we just need to get down 10 stairs to reach the kitchen and inform them our needs.
The Food is delicious. They offer both veg and non veg / seafood cuisine. They have a set menu everyday. But they can cook the dishes as per your wish, with prior information. The taste is lovely and all the dishes are freshly prepared. The service is excellent. They also have a cosy dining spot with an option of roof top seating as well.
The Pool is decent sized and well maintained.
All in all a good place to spend a quiet weekend by the beach as nagaon beach is a 5 minute drive away.

I believe if you want to take a break from your busy schedule this place is the best for you to relax and enjoy... The delicious food,clean and beautiful rooms gives you a vibe of relaxation and enjoyment.. the music and swimming pool are complementing immensely to the fun and family time... Beach is also nearby which adds to the beauty of the nature and the property... The staff is attentive amd considerate towards the visitors .. Wonderful place you must visit...

Wonderful Kia woods beach resort...amazing stay at this place...staff was respectful,cordial....The owner is down to earth person... extremely caring....food was delicious....pool was clean and well maintained....a special pool for the kids to enjoy and a big pool for adults...rooms were clean and well maintained...Nagaon beach was at a walkable distance...highly recommended...must visit this place.

We stayed here from 03may to 07may and we were 2 adt and one kid and we really enjoyed here ans we really liked the hospitality...overall it was a good expereience and i am definetely going to recommend to friends and families....all the staffs were polite and ready on toe when we called them for any work....special thanks to owner and manager of the resort who took care of us thruout our stay....

We were family and friends, stayed at this awsome place last Saturday and Sunday, loved the food, the service, the friendly staff, awsome rooms with ac, n the toilets were very clean.
They dont allow only boys group.
Couples and family and friends are most welcome.
10 min walking distance to the Nagaon Beach. They have tables setup outside ur room to eat ,drink n dance to your hearts content.

I will say the place is WOW. This place is perfect for spending a weekend with closed one's. The room are bit smaller but it works if area is not issue for you. They have shared swimming which is again a bit small. The food was amazing and they have option on the thalis for veg and non veg. Also the place is located around 10 mins walking distance from Nagaon beach

Loved our stay here. The owners and the staff are very cordial. The place is overall very beautiful, clean & peaceful, both during day & night times. The special dining section makes it even more visually pleasing. Food was good, room service was quick and the plus point is this resort is at a walkable distance from Nagaon beach. We were a family group who visited Kia woods in Diwali vacation. Firstly, we appreciate the cleanliness. The rooms, beds, washrooms and the overall ambiance was clean and well-maintained. Secondly, we liked the food services that were suitable for kids as well as seniors in the group. The staff was also very co-operative. To conclude, it was a pleasant experience for us.

KIA WOODS BEACH RESORT - The view of the villa is amazing. The coconut trees surrounding the villa are very beautiful and the location is really good. It's located at the Nagaon Beach, Alibaug. The villa has wonderful rooms and amazing service. The swimming pool is really huge. The food and drinks are delicious.The place is very affordable and it is perfect for friends/family trip.

The stay was really awesome. We reached the resort past midnight but still all the staff came to help us and made all food arrangements for us. Very affordable with all the amenities. Food is affordable as well. The beach is 10 mins walking distance away. 💯 recommended. Also, Mahendra helps us a lot with all arrangements. Thank you for the great experience.

One of the best stay at Alibag. Cozy and comfortable rooms with amazing service. Located nearby Nagaon beach is very good property. Indoor games, pool, restaurant, bar has its own feel. Great music and ambience maintained in the resort. Good is great especially non veg .

One of the best resorts I have visited until now. Property not very big but maintained very well in a very neat and clean condition. All the staff are very polite and kind. The food provided by the hotel is homely and very tasty. I would surely recommend this place if you want a vacation with family or your friends.

Stayed for a couple of days with family. Compact resort, around 5 mins walking distance from the beach. Approach road is narrow but most cars/suvs should be able to enter. We really liked the food and they also catered to the requirements of our small kid.
Only downside would be the swimming pool music which can get a bit loud at times..

Staff is very friendly but do not wake up early. Tea must be served by 7:00am for those who need it. Place is quite & cosy. Good place to relax, eat n drink, swim a little in the pool, go to beach which is hardly 1km. Overall very good time spent.
